Had an appointment for "between 3:30 and 4:00pm" and my car wasn't seen until almost 4:30 with no explanation ahead of time and then I didn't get out of there until after 5:00pm. I opted against the tire rotation and the inspection...just wanted the oil change. How did that take so long? Why make an appointment time if I'm going to be there over an hour past my appointment? Oil changes take 20 minutes. Also, because they were "closed" when my car was completed, the level of service at the counter sucked. The attendant was obviously annoyed that she was there after her shift so I was met with mumbling and eye rolling. Not MY fault that you were still there. Stuff happens! Don't take it out on your customer when your techs run late!
