I would be remiss if I did not take a few minutes to tell you how pleased I am with my first experience with Mid- Florida and their service. In past years I would recieve a call from a number of HVAC Contractors wanting to service my HVAC Unit at a very low cost. Each year I would let one of them, (could be a different one each time), come in to do the job. They would usually spend 15-20 minutes on the job and never did all the things they said they would do. This year I was determined to find a company who would not only spend the time to do the things they promised but also one that had an excellent rating and reputation. After much research it appeared that Mid-Florida fit the bill. Your Service Team Leader, Larry Mitchell, was dispatched to do the job. What a refreshing experience!! I cannot say enough about this person, he was pleasant, extremely knowledgeable, took the time to explain things and made me feel like he really cared.
