My customer interaction was great. The hotel staff was friendly & helpful. Unfortunately the room I reserved was the last one of its' style, but was not up to standard. The peephole was actually missing. \r
What I mean by that is there was a hole in the door where it goes, but the viewpiece wasn't installed, meaning there was a wide open hole between my room & the hallway. The staff was polite & offered to transfer my to a different room or cover the hole until it could be properly fixed. I opted not to transfer rooms since I had their last top tier room, hence I would've had to downgrade. Other than that, it was a good experience.
Pros: Friendly service, great location (within one mile of all shopping needs)
Cons: Rooms beginning to show wear
