Mickey Finns, is a great local pub for the Woodstock area, in which you can bring your family. I've had nothing but great experiences anytime I've eaten there. I'm a little confused with ADB503's experience. Anyone who has ever been there for trivia night knows how busy it is and that most patrons are going to sit there for 2 -3 hours. Ive never worked in the food service industry, but I'd like to think i have a little thing called common sense. Im sorry ADB503, its really to bad, but they don't have classes in which you can learn this little quality that is nice have while you muddle your way through life. I've been served by virtually every server there and granted they too...unlike ADB503 are imperfect. But despite their imperfection, they have always greeted me with a smile, and if they are busy, they usually say in passing, I'll be right with you. I understand that being a food server isn't easy. Maybe ADB503 should get a summer job and try it, not only will you have a little cash to buy your boyfriend his long deserved ear plugs, but you may also learn another nice little quality called compassion. Next time you are served an extra beer, PLEASE turn to your left or right, im sure there is someone there who would be more then willing to take it off of your hands, that is unless your boyfriends hasn't sucked it down to survive the drive home. To sum it up, Mickey Finns is a great fun place, Christine and the other servers are among the best i've run into. Most patrons there are great to start a great conversation with, very easy going and intelligent. And I hear there is going to be one extra table open this Thursday, so please come down and we'll laugh, have great time, tip 20% and be happy we are NOT go home to our pathetic boring lives.
