I was appalled when I saw all these terrible reviews, so it wasn't just us?! I had to post... something I've never done... but this is warranted. Our wedding was in 2004, and it still stings....to be honest we were not demanding... we were really quite easy on her during the wedding, letting her have free reign both at our wedding and reception (we fed her dinner both nights, she could drink as much as she wanted...we opened up to her), not being too prescriptive with shots we wanted, etc. She did it her way. What burns most is even though it took me over a year to figure out what photos I wanted to print, when I chose not to pick one of her 'packages' she became nearly beligerent. Our relationship soured and I was put off by her Jekyll and Hyde personality. I met her in her office in an ActivSpace building in SE and she promised me proofs on a CD, which I had to again beg her for. We had it out on the phone when I finally asked her to please send me the images she promised, I even gave her a credit card to charge for some of the prints I did want, she never delivered on that, and later a CD did show up in the mail with VERY LOW RESOLUTION images, not worthy of printing. So I have my photos but they could have been better produced on a Canon pocket camera. REALLY? this is how a professional photographer conducts herself? Frankly I think she had emotional issues and was not in a frame of mind to deal with the general public. It takes a certain type of person to be able to deal with people on what is a very emotional day in their lives, and Michelle could not cut it, we regretted hiring her over a friend who would have charged us the same price. Hopefully she has ceased ripping other people off... had to give one star because the site makes me, but frankly she deserves ZERO and a negative report to the Better Business Bureau.
