Nice Dealership 6/21/2010

I drive by Michael's Toyota almost every day so I decided to stop and check them out. I was very impressed with their inventory. I had no trouble finding the car I was looking for and they even had it in the color I wanted. Tony was a great salesperson and I appreciated his attention to detail. He went over everything with me and answered all of my questions. I am going to try out their service department next. more

If you are going to buy a Toyota, buy it here! 5/20/2010

I was looking for a new Toyota and a friend recommended that I go to Michael's Toyota. I have owned 2 Toyota's in the past, but I had a bad experience at the last dealership I purchased from. I am very happy with how I was treated at Michael's. They were very professional and pleasant to deal with. I got a great deal on my new Prius and I was even happy with what they offered me for my trade in. I am very glad I went to Michael's and I will be going back when I'm ready for my next Toyota! more

Great Dealership! 5/6/2010

I bought my first new car from Michael's Toyota about a month ago. The customer service there is great. They helped me through all of the hurdles of buying a new car and made what seemed very difficult into an easy process. I am so happy that I got 0% interest too! more

Thank you Michael's Toyota 4/29/2010

I want everyone to know that Michael's Toyota is a great place to purchase a car. I was looking for a car for my elderly mother. She needed something small but easy to get in and out of and with good visability. Joe, the sales person that helped us was great. He helped us get in and out of many, many cars so my mom could see how she liked them. When she finally found a few she thought might work, we then had to go through many test drives to figure out which car was best for her. Joe was very patient and kind. We ended up with a used car for my mom and she is very happy. She was impressed with how well the process went. more

Had a great experience at Michael's Toyota 3/23/2010

I bought a new Rav4 from Michael's Toyota and was amazed with how easy the process was. I was expecting to have to play "the game" and be put under a lot of pressure to buy, but that wasn't the case. The salesman I worked with was Andy. He was great to deal with. I will go back to Michael's Toyota next time I am in the market for a vehicle. more

Ignored 10/25/2009

I went in to look at two different models and the salesman didn't seem interested to talk to me or give any information about the cars. After I found him standing around talking to his peers he just walked me to the show floor ask me to wait there and walked outside to make a phone call. He didn't even ask another salesman to help me. I left 10 mins afterward due to the unfriendly atmosphere. more

Won't get you good deals 3/13/2009

Great new location, nice building and lots of sales folks standing around. If you want deals, don't come here. They think they are all that, but they can't do much with lowering the price. It's better to call dealers that are outside of Seattle/Bellevue/Kirkland, as they will definitely work lot harder for your business. I spent days with these guys, and can't even get them to go below the 'invoice'. They have this customer support manager that calls you back wondering if they can make anything happen but all they do is waste your time. I got much better rate from Lake City Toyota on a Prius. They were willing to go below invoice, dealer fees etc! Their service department is new and clean and modern. You can always service your car there, just don't go unless you want the convenience and not the best deal. more

Poor service and expensive 4/3/2008

Fortunately I'm still under warranty, but I'm tired of driving there to have problems fixed and not have them fixed. Their scheduling also stinks. It's easier to get an appointment with a heart surgeon, and then they make you wait around forever. When the warranty's up, I'm out of there. And yes, I over paid for the car. more

Disappointing and unprofessional 9/24/2006

I guess these guys feel like they have a good product, so they have nothing to lose. We were treated with pushy sales tactics and disrespect. They did not seem to be interested in building a client relationship at all, just very focused on selling you one specific car, even if you haven't made up your mind what you want. A very disappointing and unpleasant experience. more

Incredibly rude 6/5/2006

My husband and I have owned Toyotas for 12 years and we have always been happy Toyota customers. When we decided to buy a minivan because we were driving from the Puget Sound to Colorado with our two children, we headed over to Michael's Toyota to evaluate the Sienna. The salesperson was completely uninterested in speaking to us. I don't know if he was turned off because we were driving a 1998 Camry so he thought we were unable to afford a new car (we had $30K in cash to spend that weekend - not enough to pay full price up front but a good chunk down) or what, but he basically walked us over to the Siennas and said, "This is what we have." Then he answered a few questions while looking completely bored and never offered to take us for a test drive. We took the hint and left. We bought a Honda Odyssey the next day. Terrible customer service. I was busy that week or I would have asked for his name to complain. more

Michael Toyota 3/19/2006

Buying a used car can be a nightmare but the friendly folks at Michael Toyota helped us make what we think was the right decision. We really like a car from a different dealer but the psycho salesman at this other place tried to bully us into buying something out of our price rage. When we when over to Michael Toyota the salesman was low pressure and we told him what we needed in a vehicle and what we wanted to pay. They worked with us by lowing the price to what we wanted to pay and when I asked for three baseball caps with the Toyota logo, they let us pick them out no charge. Baseball caps may not seem like a big deal to most, but in a world were we all get nickel and dimed for everything, well it made all of us smile. more

As far as dealerships go, these guys aren't so bad 10/5/2005

They definitely claim to be a step above of other dealerships with their sales policies, and while I feel that is definitely debatable, I have bought 2 cars here. They do give pretty straightforward pricing, and if you buy from them, the service problems mentioned in the other review don't seem to occur (I have never had a problem there). Although., I typically have only gone their for scheduled oil changes.... Which reminds me, one of the reasons I like them is that they give you your first year of oil changes for free and a bunch of other pretty good coupons. Yea, I know they made a ton of money of me, but they at least make some attempt to make you feel a little better... Overall, I wouldn't say I have a super wide range of experience with dealerships, but I have hit my fair share and Michael's typically gets my business. more

Convenient but pricey. 9/16/2005

Of all the Toyota dealerships in the King County area, this one is likely the most expensive to get your car serviced. I brought my car here once and wasn’t treated very well, was charged an expensive rate versus other dealerships, and it took longer than expected to fix my car. The only reason I brought it here was because it was convenient. more
