I used to use the one in downtown Burlington. They are very rude, narrow minded, and they ruined my clothes. When I confronted them about ruining an expensive vest they said it was ruined when they got it, then they said it wasn't ruined. Then they sent the vest to the Dry Cleaning Institute which is funded by dry cleaners for examination (the fox guarding the hen house). The findings by this so called organization were; there is nothing wrong with the vest. The truth is they washed it and shrunk it when it was dry clean only. They refused to man up for their error. Any company that won't stand behind their mistake is a pretty shoddy business. If that?s not enough their fat rude employees are enough to keep you away. The only reason Michael Todd Cleaners gets one star is the review won't allow you to give negative stars.
