Had this company come out to install a lock that we already had on site. Locksmith got here and determined that our lock was defective and did not even try to install it. Asked him to look at another lock and he refused. Afterwards, tried to sell me two of his locks which were way overpriced. I refused and was charged a $65 trip charge.
