I don't mind paying for a good meal, and the pizza is good, but this place sours the experience in other ways, esp. customer service. It's like a factory. They are terrible on the phone and not much better in person. I live 3.5 miles away and they wanted to charge me $5 for delivery'; and if you use a credit/debit card... oh boy... that's another $2 charge. A large, cheese pizza (no topping!) and spaghetti w/meatballs came to $47. Forget tipping, and ... I lost my appetite. It's not even fine dining. Metro is a stressful experience, so why bother.
Pros: Can't think of any. Makes me wish that Dal' Italia was open later on Sundays.
Cons: The service, hype, and expense spoil the taste of the pizza. No pizza worth that to me.
