I checked out 8 different places before settling on the Metics. As soon as I walked in, Mike and Fran made me feel like family. I was reluctant to let anyone touch my new Dodge Ram, but they did a fantastic job at a very reasonable price. There were a couple of very tiny issues, which Mike INSISTED on making right. Everytime I stop in, they take the time to treat me like a guest rather than a customer. Further, I have spent some time watching them work, and am impressed with their professionalism. I highly recommend The Metics and would not hesitate to send my friends and family for their paint and bodywork needs. A+! Pros: Fast, friendly service. Even picked me up! Cons: None! more

This collision center recently repaired my SUV. I was involved in a "" head on collision "" and had extensive damage to my vehicle. The Metics made all repairs to my SUV, the workmanship was exceptional, the repairs were completed in a more than timely manner, the entire staff was extremely professional, and made every effort to treat me with such kindness, making my overall experience a very positive one. The Metics collision center would be my first choice in the future, should i need any collision repairs. I would highly recommend their services. Pros: Very Professional and Courteous. more

This shop is located Just off Route 50 east on Vincent road. A block from Dean road. \r These people were suppose to fix some spots on my car. We agreed to a price. When I came in as agreed to do the work. They promised excellent work and paint would match the old paint. The paint does not match. The paint has dirt in it. They had my car for over a month. They said they would sand it to make it look better for another $300.00 which I paid . They started the sanding but did not finish. I made return appointments but they canceled each of 5 appointments I had to try and fix the problems. My car was fithy after the work and took me 6 hours to clean. I asked for my money back and the owner told me I was putting him in a bad mood and asked me to leave. This $1300.00 job will cost $5000.00 to fix properly because of the repairs this company did not do properly. Be Ware! Pros: Some good employees Cons: Does not keep promises!
