It's easy to tell Timur loves what he does and loves to provide excellent customer service. When he's working, he may not answer the phone, but he has always called me back that day or on Monday if the weekend. He's fixed our garage door twice after some major track issues. He made it out the following day after the initial call.
He also replaced our garage door at our old house. He set up the keypad and showed my how to maintain the wheels and hinges with garage door grease. I have given his name out to several of my neighbors because he was so great.
He's excellent at his job and customer service. You would be crazy to not use him! He's also VERY reasonable.
