IN RESPONDS TO THE COMMENT ON APRIL 12, 2012 XOSTEPH, FIRST OF ALL THIS PERSON WAS NOT A LIVING SOCIAL CUSTOMER, SHE HAD MISS THE DEAD LINE TO JOIN, TO PURCHASE A COUPON, AND SO THEY CALLED DIRECTLY TRYING TO GET AHEAD OF THE OTHER CUSTOMERS THAT HAD PURCHASED IN FAIRNESS, AND SO I TOLD HER I WOULD DO MY BEST BECAUSE THERE ARE OTHERS AHEAD OF YOU, SHE SEEMED VERY PUSHY AND DEMANDING, AND SO WE COULD NOT SEE EYE TO I EYE ABOUT THIS MATTER, YET IN STILL, I WENT OUT OF MY WAY TO SATISFY HER I MADE AND APPOINTMENT WITH HER THE NEXT DAY SHE TELLS ME SHE WILL BE WORKING FROM HOME AND WILL BE THERE ALL DAY, I GET ALMOST TO HER HOME AND SHE TELLS ME IT'S RAINING NOW FORGET IT, IT RAIN FOR 2MINUTES ; LIKE I TOLD HER IT WOULD AND THE SUN POP RIGHT BACK OUT BEAUTIFUL I THOSE IN GA. KNOW , WHAT I MEAN AT THIS POINT I WAS DONE NOW WITH HER WASTED TIME AND GAS, NO MONEY AS YOU NO WE ARE A MOBILE SERVICE NOW YOU TELL ME WHAT WOULD ANYONE DO IN THAT SITUATION, THANK YOU, BUT NO THANKS FOR NOTHING, HERE WAS A PERSON THAT WAS NOT A REAL CUSTOMER THROUGH THE LIVING SOCIAL PROGRAM, AND I DID WHAT I COULD, EVEN OFFERED HER A FREE WAX JOB WHEN I COME OUT. WE HAVE BEEN IN BUSINESS FOR SOME 14YRS AND WE ALWAYS TRY OUR BEST TO KEEP CUSTOMERS HAPPY, BUT SOMETIMES THERE IS NO ANSWER, AND THAT WAS THE CASE HERE, HOWEVER AS FAR AS OUR WORK PERFORMANCE, THAT'S NEVER IN QUESTION WE AIM TO PLEASE AND WE DO GREAT WORK AND HAVE A GREAT NUMBER OF REPEAT CUSTOMERS HOW ELSE COULD WE BE IN BUSINESS FOR SO LONG THANK YOU, DON'T BELIEVE JUST A FEW CUSTOMERS WHO ARE PUSHY AND DEMANDING AND THINKS THE WORLD REVOLVE AROUND THEM NO ONE WONT'S TO BE AROUND SOME ONE LIKE THAT. Horribly Rude and Inconsiderate 4/12/2012

I contacted Michael Johnson of Merry Go Round Auto Spa after finding a deal through Living Social. We schedule a time for him to come to my home and wash my vehicle and that of a friend. TWO HOURS after our set time, I CALLED HIM to see if he was coming. He offered no apology for his lateness. He merely stated that he was behind and would get there at some point. Then, it began to rain and we canceled the appointment. I then setup another day a time with him. An hour before he was to arrive, he sent me an email asking if he could come the following day instead. I told him that would be better for me anyway, so we schedule a time for the following day. TWO AND A HALF HOURS after our set time, I EMAILED him stating that I was done waiting on him and would take my business elsewhere. This is the reply I received: "" sorry! you got your nerves, you change the date the last time, i was waiting on you! anyway had gotten biz. early part of the day could not get away some times it is hard to catch up so late n the day. because i am already working else where. but can try and do thursday let me no. thanks."" I did not change the date. Why would he be waiting for me? This is unacceptable behavior for anyone trying to run a business. He cared nothing for my time, which he wasted. He also felt it was okay to insult me while continuing to ask for my business. Unbelievable. more

Worst Service EVER!!! 9/27/2010

my son's 2nd birthday we decided to rent a moon walk from Mike Johnson, owner of Merry go Round Auto Spa who to rent out Moon walks. We paid $125 for a jumper which we used for less than 2hrs. It cut off every 20 minutes,fell over on the kids. We called Mike many times throughout the day and into the night to tell him the equipment kept failing and falling but all we got was his voicemail or no answer. . HOW CONVENIENT.\r It is heart wrenching to see your two year old son, friends and family upset because they could not enjoy the birthday party because the one thing tey were looking forward to doing did not work and the man who rented to you was so shady that he would not pick up his phone to come service his equipment. he finally answered and said the equipment trips up often and the circuit breakers cut off all the time. You are renting out defective equipment that you know is defective. I was so hurt to hear that he was not going to replace the blower or give us one that works. I wonder how he treats his auto detailing business. You would hope that you get your moneys worth and if there's trouble the servicer would make it right. He blamed me for not knowing how to work it and fix the problem. I THOUGHT THAT WAS WHAT I WAS PAYING MICHAEL JOHNSON FOR. Mike said he would get the equipment the next day after church. I called him several times on sunday to see when he was picking up and discuss possible refund or discount he never picked up his phone. I left a voicemail telling him how disappointed i was with the service or the LACK thereof. I told Mike how upset I, my son, friends and guest were about the jumper and his equipment. \r The whole day and night goes by, me calling him time and time again, his equipment laying in the backyard and Mike was no where to be found. Finally around 8:30 at night he calls me and leaves a voicemail. I immediately called him back. He tells me he got out of church and got tied up with friendsand will not be able to pick up the euipment until the following day. I was mad. I told him that I was not going to pay the full $125.00 and we get a reduced price. He got defensive, started yelling and speaking and said I shouldve resolved the issue earlier on saturday. \r WHAT A CHARACTER. After 30minutes of him arguing with me how wrong I am, how his equipment doesnt fail, that we used it all day, that we should know how to fix it. I calmed him down to tell him that we will stop payment on the check if we dont compromise and he wont get paid. He was livid but we I will pay him $60 cash and he give me back my check for $125 when he came to pick up the equipment after I got home from work, that was only fair.\r Well. I GOT SCREWED! He cashed the check Monday morning got his equipment when I was not home. SHOULDVE KNOWN! shouldve stopped the check when I had the chance. Thought being the better person and be fair was the right thing to do but apparently not. I would not have gone to this extreme for $125.00 but it's not about the money, I was willing to pay more if he wouldve just done the right thing and gave us what we paid for. It is about principles, morals and just plain ole' GOOD BUSINESS. I would like to think that as a father you would want to teach your children about honesty, being reliable, and all of the great things that Jesus preaches in the bible. \r Mike, you say you are a Christian and even seemed like a good Christian when I first met you but if this is what it means to be a Christian then I never want to become one. I hope your whole congregation, customers, friends and family so what a CHEAT, DISHONEST, and HYPOCRITE you really are.
