I found Dr. Merchant to be extremely rude and controlling. She also attempted to charge me for work she did not perform until I protested.

Dr. Merchant is our family dentist. She is very friendly, professional, and understanding. Her office is relatively new and everything is kept very neat and organized. Her staff is also very friendly and easy to talk to. She can be contacted night or day for any emergencies. Her office is very conveniently located more
