Broken on Friday, Fixed on Saturday! 11/21/2013

I had a bad caliper hanging up on my car. I called them on a Friday morning explaining my situation. They told me to bring the car in and they will work on it, but let me know that they might not have a caliper there and might have to order one. They were able to order the part, get it there, install it and get me my car back by mid day Saturday. Allowing me not to be stranded there longer then I needed and all the while doing a great job. They did a great job explaining everything and working their hardest to make sure that I would be able to get my car back as soon as possible. I recommed this dealership to anyone as they performed exceptionally. more

I was extremely impressed with the team at MB Arrowhead. This was the first POSITIVE car buying experience I have ever had! I had been searching for a specific SUV that was difficult to find. After a few months of searching, I found what I was looking for here. I spoke to Bob on the phone and we completed the majority of the transaction over the phone, as I don't live very close. This was the first time I have bought a car over the internet which was scary, but it was so worth it! Everything he had described about the SUV on the phone was completely accurate. When I arrived at the dealership, Bob had everything ready for me, including having my loan approved. Highly recommend. more
