BRAND SPANKING NEW!I guess this facility has only been open for a few months now.Its pretty small, but extremely personable.Because of the recent downpour of rain, my car got flooded in the middle of the street, so I called my service advisor and asked if I could get it towed to his facility. He then told me that instead of towing it to MB of Laguna Niguel, where I usually go to, he was relocated in Foothill Ranch. This worked out perfectly for me because its closer to my home.As you can imagine, I was DEVASTATED when my car wouldn't start.. I was not only upset, I was in shock. I felt like I was in the middle of a nightmare: getting flooded in the middle of the street, waiting in the rain soaking wet for AAA.. I didn't think anything would go right.As I approached the dealership, my service advisor (Chris Erickson) was already right there waiting for me. He was nothing but helpful, and so were the rest of his colleagues. Right away he got my car into the shop, got it looked at, and reassured me that everything would be okay.After only an hour or so there, we had everything pretty much figured out. He called my insurance, gave me a loaner car, and he told me he would call me in the morning with the rest of the information.By far the best service ever!I am so impressed, I've never seen a staff go so up and beyond!
