"I ran into Mensusa on Tuesday the 25th to get a suit for an awards celebration at my office. I needed the suit by the 27th to wear to work. I went in, had an awesome salesman. Told him my price cap was $250 and he stayed below that and didn't push me to go over. I picked one out, tried it on, the tailor came by and measured me to tailor the pants. I asked if I could have it the next night and was told "not a problem at all." I came back the next night, tried it on again, it fit perfectly and took it home. I had a fantastic experience and will go back to them again anytime!" more

"MensUSA sucks. After a salesman opened two shirts for my son to try on, my son tried to open a third and another salesman yelled at him and told him he was not allowed to otherwise it would have to be returned. This is the only store preventing him from trying on a shirt to check size, fit, and appearance. We immediately left and went to Macy's, where a very nice woman gave us 90 minutes of her time and helped my son learn about fashion, style, fit, and other wardrobe aspects. I'll never go back to MensUSA to buy my own suits or shirts based on how poorly we were treated today." more

Terrible experience, cheap polyester suit sent when I orderd a super 150's 100% virgin wool suit, all tags and labels cut away and removed from suit, tried calling to resolve problem and was hung up on by a person who went by the name Peter, who knows if thats his real name. Buyer Beware...these guys have more complaints and an F rating from the BBB. I bought a suit for an occasion and asked them if I should pay 2 day shipping in order to receive it on time. They told me that it is 3-day shipping and not to worry. It has been 4 days and the suit has still not arrived. I requested a refund and a return...the manager then sent me a link to a return policy that they do not link to on the website. Their Real Return Policy Our return policy excludes the following products and services: 1. Products with brand names, Calvin Klein, Ralph lauren, Jean Yves, Tessori, Giorgio are non refundable but Exchangeable. These items are special orders so we choose not to offer refund for these items. We ordered three suits from them and only received one. When I called to find out why the male who answered the phone put me on hold for 10 minutes, then hung up. I called back and got a female who claimed she was "the manager" and insisted I call back because their system was down. I asked her if she could call me back and she said no! I called back again and she said she didn't know "why the warehouse didn't send all three so I needed to call back the next day at 1" at this point I was very angry and felt ripped off. I called back the next day and could not get "her" on the phone the guy said the suits were "out of stock" and they would mail them when they came in. I received them over a week later. The customer service for this company is awful! more
