My wife and mother-in-law found this shop when they were looking for wedding dresses that fit the Renaissance theme. My mother-in-law put a $75 deposit on a dress that they liked, but wanted to keep looking elsewhere. After a couple of months they finally decided to rent a dress from a costume shop in Nashville. My mother-in-law and I went back to the store to get our deposit back and we were emphatically told that we could not have it. Diane even told us that there was a law against retuning money on used clothing (mind you, the dress never left the store). Diane was very rude and belligerent, always interrupting and never letting me finish a sentence. At the time, there was no indication that there was a no refund policy - not on any of the paperwork or any signs stating so. I have filed a complaint with the BBB, but, so far, we still do not have our $75 deposit.
If you decide to get your dress here, be sure that is the one you want. Otherwise, you may just be throwing your money away.
