this has to be the most horrifying McDonald's around the state.the service (if there is any)is a nightmare.there must be 15 employees behind the counter,none of them concerned about the 1 or 2 customers on the other side. if i could understand creole,i would imagine that they all are talking about their personal lives.waiting on a customer is secondary.when i was approached by a sloppily dressed cashier she inquired,"what do u wanna order?" after telling me the amt. giving me change,she said here or to go. i said here. after 10 minutes, i did receive my order,missing 1 item, and stone cold.oh, in a bag. i did say here, right?would john Q. ever go back? not on his life. i on the other hand,work in the shopping center, so have given the store numerous tries.have i complained.numerous times.same results. nothing.have i contacted Melton mgmt?ditto.same results.does anyone care?not a chance.will i go back? probably.im stuck 4 time.do i like the way they represent a fast food restaurant i grew up with?HELL NO!!!!!! thanks for the chance to sound off.
