I know absolutely nothing about my car and what may be ailing it every time I have a problem. Usually this means that the car "experts" talk down to me and/or attempt to charge me for something my car doesn't actually need.
This Meineke location was quite the opposite of normal. When I called to make an appointment I was told that it was run on a "first come, first served" basis, so if you are planning to bring your car in during a busy time such as the weekend make sure that you have arranged for alternate transportation as they may have your car for awhile.
The gentleman that I dealt with was Ron Lannan and his business card identifies him as the Manager. Simply put Ron was fabulous. He did not even flinch when I explained what was wrong with my car by mimicking the noise that was making, and then he quickly and thoroughly ran through the list of possible problems, gave me a tentative estimate and told me that he would call as soon as they had looked over the car and determ
