i used to eat here a lot. the food was decent, and i liked a lot of the staff..\r
i found out how much (or how little) my over 10 years of loyalty meant when i became more disabled.\r
\r
we called ahead to tell them i had finally gotten my Service Dog, When i got there they said ""you cannot bring her here"" i showed them the ID card with the FEDERAL law that said i could.. i showed them the STATE law that said she was required access.\r
\r
i was so shocked i asked the manager to call the owner, and the OWNER said ""you can have take out ONLY. "" in complete violation of the law.\r
\r
i was heartbroken that people who had been so friendly when i wasn't disabled turned on me like that.\r
\r
my father is deaf and has had a hearing ear dog for over ten years. i am just so very sorry i patronized this place for that long before i found out how they treat disabled people.\r
\r
i even wrote them a letter with a copy of the law, asking for just an apology... nope.\r
\r
sadly i found out they don't care if they are breaking the law, even when shown the legal code, they don't want to allow disabled patrons.
