We contacted Megatherm to fix our heater (during the coldest week of October) and they never returned our message. We called them again 2 days later and they said they did get our message and a guy could be at our house in a little over a half hour. My boyfriend immediately left work, got the house in 30 min and the guy had already left--he said he had another job and left 15 min ago. We set up ONE MORE appt for the following morning...I stayed home this time. After waiting for 30 min past the scheduled time, they were called and the guy said that 2 guys called in sick so no one would be coming today. They lack two of the biggest components of a good busines--communication and customer service.
