Meera has the worst customer service I've ever experienced. My mom and I had appointments to get Shellac manicures. My mom's was 3:45-4:30 and mine was 4-5. I already had Shellac on so I needed the longer appointment. When my mom got there, the receptionist gave my mom to the girl I was suppose to have for my appointment. My mom reiterated the fact that I would need the longer appointment due to the fact that I already had on Shellac but nothing happened. She also informed them that I was going away on vacation so I needed my nails done that day and that she would wait if she had to. I got there a little after 4 and the nail technician was extremely snippy saying, "I'll do what I can but I have an appointment at 4:30." She really made it seem like I did something wrong and was late. So she puts the Shellac wraps on my fingers with acetone and we wait. By 4:25, the Shellac is still on my nails so I get moved over to the person I was originally scheduled with. It turned out that the first girl never buffed the shine off my nails and it took no less than an hour to remove the Shellac! So this girl removes the Shellac and files 8 of my finger nails. By this time it is 5:10 and she has to go cut hair so they try and scramble to find someone to finish my manicure. The boss, "Joanie", sends the receptionist out to inform the nail technician that she cannot finish the manicure and that I would have to make another appointment and come back. First, I was appalled that they were discussing this in front of a customer. Second, I couldn't believe the boss wasn't doing all she could to correct this mistake that HER STAFF MADE! Third, this whole time I never knew of the mix up so I was made to feel like it was my fault and that I was inconveniencing everyone. No one was available to finish my manicure so I was made to wait 20 minutes while the first girl finished her 4:30 appointment. Finally, she was able to finish my manicure in which I apologized for all the trouble. It wasn't until then that I was informed the receptionist made a mistake and it had nothing to do with me! It was a horrible experience that I hope no one else has to go through. As I went to pay, the reception did not apologize for the inconvenience due to the mix up on her part. She was actually very rude and then attempted to charge me for a spa manicure instead of express! By this point the manicure should have been free!! 2 ?? hours later, I finally left and vowed never to come back. The customer service was horrible but the actual service wasn???t tha great either! It took an hour to remove the Shellac from my nails and my mom???s Shellac manicure started chipping after 3 days! We got it done at another place and it lasted 14 days for both of us. It would have lasted longer if not for nail growth. The staff of this company needs serious retraining. Don't waste your time or money! Go somewhere else!
