med stay was good and easy to deal with, however the hotel was being remodeled and I would not of stayed if I had been informed of this

The representative I spoke with was very pleasant and polite. She booked me a hotel reservation at the price stated on the website, and it was all done very quickly. I encountered no problems with the process. I would recommend MedStay as a resource. more

We have had the pleasure of using MedStay to arrange overnight accommodations during many visits to the Duke Clinics. We have stayed at several of the Duke area hotels/motels on their list and received the medical/reduced rate. Each call or email correspondence to MedStay was met with professional, courteous and helpful service. We will continue to use MedStay and recommend them wholeheartedly! more

Very Poor 2/1/2012

No customer service. Web content was dissapointing at best. web browser was terrible to find information. RESPONSE FROM MedStay: Sorry that you had a bad experience with our service. Our website is design to get people to call and talk to a live person so we can give personal help. As owner of MedStay I believe that if you do not know the area a website does not help people with special needs and extra stress that other travelers don't have. Why call 20 different hotels when you call one toll free number and have someone tell you about the hotels. Due to our years of experience we can help the patients think by bring up things that they may think about. That is why I design the website to get people to call. Give us another try if you are coming back. Hope that your family member is doing well. more

Sam was caring, customer-oriented, was always eager to help with the situation and met our needs perfectly. In these times of stress and anxiety Sam and MedStay did all they could to relieve our stress in finding lodging for our extended stays during the past year. Comfortable and economical stay in trying times 2/1/2012

Our Medcare stay in 2 bedroom suite was confortable and entirely satisfactory. The meals included were quite adequate and resulted in saving of considerale cost in restaurant dining. Have recomended to our church and other friends. more

I use MEDSTAY every year when I take my son for his annual checkup at Duke. Their prices can't be beat for the quality of hotels that they offer. THe staff is always helpful. more

Always receive excellent service from Sam. 1/30/2012

Sam was interested in our situation and spoke with compassion and encouragement. Whether he remembers or keeps excellent notes on his clients he mentioned details about our child from the previous contacts. Excellent rapport and I liked the feel of family business. Sam also had positive things to say and when we had difficulty with a billing issue he followed up for us and got satisfaction from the hotel. Our stay worked out well. The room was average, nothing that stood our positive or negative. Breakfast was wonderful and the transportation to and from the clinic was an added plus. more
