I do not have a problem with their doctors, but their customer service has been a disaster in the past week. My wife has attempted to contact one (of four) of her doctors on multiple occasions, and she has been hung up on, left on hold, and never called back, even after being told that they would call her back. This has been spread out over multiple instances within 14 days. Meanwhile, my wife has had a serious infection and hasn't been able to get in touch with anyone at this office outside of scheduling an appointment. We have ended up going to the hospital twice to get the infection taken care of, and we are still struggling to communicate with this office.
Again, I don't have necessarily any negative words against their individual doctors, but this office's ability to communicate and assist us has been a joke. Any normal business owner will tell you that customer service is a fundamental part of any company, but Johnson City OB/GYN is struggling to grasp this concept. We will be switching practices after our child is born in the next few weeks.
