I made an appointment two weeks in advance. I showed up early for my appointment at the address that was listed only to find a note on the door that they had moved to a different location. I finally found the new location and tried to check in for my appointment. The receptionist was unbelievably rude, refusing to even speak to me at first. THEN he informed me, extremely condescendingly, that my appointment was at 1:30 and it was now 2:30. I told him that my appointment was set for 2:15 and that the only reason I was late was that the person who booked my appointment had not told me that the practice had moved. He then told me, remaining condescending, that they had called me and left a message that they were moving. I told him that I had not received a message. He stared at me and informed me that ""YES, they HAD left a message for me"" in a tone of voice that implied that I was either lying or too stupid to check my messages. I maintained that I had not received a message. Then he pulled up the information they had taken on me when I booked my appointment and said ""Your number is ***-***-****, IS IT NOT?"" The really pathetic part is that here he is treating me like a moron and not only had his office not bothered to give me the correct address, but they had also taken down my information incorrectly and left a message at the wrong phone number. I can even excuse a couple of mistakes, but not being treated that way. Not only was there no apology for the errors but he continued to speak to me as if I was the one who was in the wrong! The best part is that Dr. Milana Kaplan was standing directly beside him during the entire time I was there. Not only did she not introduce herself, she said NOTHING while I was belittled and berated for their errors! I would not have known it was her if I had not noticed the gold necklace around her neck saying ""Milana"". What a shameful way to let your clients be treated. I would not recommend her practice to ANYONE!!!
