I've been trying to lose weight much of my life but never been able to keep it off. I'm 5'4"" and 195 lbs. My goal is to lose 75 lbs. and as part of my new years resolution, I signed up with Medi Weightloss. I've tried many diets, fads, programs, and nothing has worked. I find it hard to stick with a restricted diet, so I was looking for a program that offered a little of everything - not just a diet or an exercise program. I've lost 11 lbs. so far and I'm not done yet.
