I bought a my daily deals coupon online to do laser hair removal at this place so my appointment was at 12:30. I arrived and did some paper work but I was not taken back for over an hour!!! Then I was told that the coupon I purchased does not cover the full face even though when I bought it I remember seeing ""face"" as one of the options. On top of that is said it was valued at up to $1200 for 3 laser hair removal sessions but they only offered me lip, chin, or underarms none of which comes even close to being worth $1200 because the lip and chin each for one session are only $75. And then I was there to do a test patch and a consultation. The person treating me just said I'm here to do your consultation what do you want to know, not even explaining anything about the procedure although I have had it done before at a different location but it would still be nice if she offered some explanation. And on top of that this lady did a test patch on my chin! I think that kind of defeats the purpose of doing a test patch when your putting it on a readily visible part of the body. I believe these people really had no idea what they were doing. I am still going to use up the value of my coupon most likely but I will never ever come here again after that! Legal action should be taken against these people for offering a coupon that states the value is up to $1200 even though none of the options really meets this criteria. Anyways if you can help it please do not come to this place! You will regret it! more

I went here on Friday to get my first-ever chemical peel (I bought a Daily Deal online for it). The front office was nice, they offered me something to drink, and I was taken in after only 10 minutes of waiting. The girl that did my chemical peel provided no guidance, whatsoever, and I informed her that it was my first chemical peel. She then proceeded to do it, with a VERY strong chemical (which I later found out was salicylic acid). My face felt like it was on fire, and my eye started watering after she got it too close. She even asked why my eyes were watering, and I told her it was too close to my eye, and she just said ""Oh."" The girl informed me that I shouldn't wash my face for 24 hours and keep out of the sun, and I would be healed within 48 hours. She asked me if it was burning, and I told her it felt like my face was on fire, and she said ""Oh, that's normal."" That same night, my face started getting black scabs all over. I called back and spoke with the same girl, and she told me that she knew nothing about it and had never heard of that before, so I got really worried. When I asked her which chemical she used on my face, she couldn't tell me. After I insisted, she put me on hold and found out, and told me that she ""thinks"" it's BHA, but she doesn't know what that stands for, and that maybe it's salicylic acid. She said it was the most mild peel, and I should heal within a total of 48 hours. After doing some research online, I foudn out that it is sometimes normal but the skin peels off (which she should have known.) 5 days later, I am still not fully healed, and I have two burns from the chemicals on my forehead. Only 50% of my face peeled off, and the rest is dry and cracking. I put vaseline to avoid scarring, and called back after about 4 days. The lady on the phone told me that the girl had used a ""really aggressive chemical"" but that it's ""better for me."" I told her it was my first peel and I was informed that I would heal after 48 hours. All she could keep saying was that it was ""better for me,"" even though I had work all this week and places to go. Not once did I hear an apology, or any information on what to expect or what I should do. She only told me to go out and buy Aquaphor and put it on my face (which I shouldn't have to be doing). She told me that it's normal to heal within 4-5 days, but since the girl was too aggressive, it would take me longer. She could not provide a time span of when I will heal, but kept pushing me to buy Aquaphor and insisting it was better for me. I am only 20, my skin is not that bad, and I did not need an aggressive peel. NEVER going back. I know that some of this is to be expected with a peel, but the way they handled the whole situation and had NO idea what to tell me, really makes me think this place is not professional at all. more

I've been to this location twice now, once for microderm treatment and once for the hydra facial. The front office is very nice. The first time I went, I waited over an hour passed my appointment time, but the young lady who performed the microderm was very nice. This time I was early, and they were able to see me right away, which was great! There seemed to be some confusion about the treatment that I was there for, and the front desk didn't have me sign some form, so as I'm laying on the treatment table/bed, the technician corrects me ""No, you're here for microderm."" I told her that it was the hydra facial. She left the room for a few minutes, came back, and put the open folder of paper work on my legs and told me I needed to sign something. It was uncomfortable. While signing it, another technician just walked into the room and starts looking for something in the cabinets. She never said excuse me or acknowledged that a client was even in the room. She left just as quickly and I was left feeling as if I was in her way? When I lay back down, the technician doing my facial seemed to be in a in a hurry, it seemed like she wanted to get me in and out. Once the treatment started she slowed down and she was actually very sweet and nice. However, the first part of my experience is what bothers me, and it's why I'd rather go somewhere else and pay twice as much if it means I'll get consistently courteous customer service. more

I owe my youthful apperarance to the wonderful staff at MedCure! I had Thermage over2 yrs ago and luv the results! I still go in for Botox(every 4months). Mr. Loboman strikes me as one of those""difficult"" types(Prepay,""ask for refund"" , impatient with mail processing""lots of phone calls"" and desciption of hormone counselor, Al, who has helped a co-worker with menipause. She adores the attention Al and Dr.K have given her! Sounds like Mr. Lobo needs to find a clinic where he actually does a procedure(without changing mind) before he reviews. Love, love my results! more

After signing up for the Zerona and pre-paying for it I discovered a day later the price somewhere else was like half the price I was being charged here, so I canceled and asked for a refund. Was told it could not be done on my credit card as credit but rather done by check which could take two to three weeks ???? After several phone calls and a lot of perseverance on my part, check was actually picked up in person weeks later to prevent "" check got lost in the mail"" The hormonal treatment which I was billed 500 for blood work was never returned to me. Alfred Rios(hormonal treatment) was supposed to had been there the day I came in to sign up for my Zerona to explain the procedure, however I was taken care of by a very nice lady whom could not answer any of the concerns I had about the hormonal procedure except to say the doctor will explain it to you when you come back for your first Zerona session. What this resulted in, was me having complete blood work done (500 dollars worth) but not knowing what my results are because might as well be written in Chinese. I don't know medical blood work results. In the meantime I have never been contacted by the Doctor (Rios) but was told by the ladies at the facility Doctor keeps telling them he has contacted me. If this is a real Doctor, he leaves a lot to be desired, acting like a 15 year old boy. Anyway so far I'm still trying to figure out what to do with my 500 dollars worth of blood work, which did I mentioned was not refunded to me because the lab is independent. Awful place. Stay away if you can. Or go in if you have a lot of patience and money to throw away more

I went to see Dr Keshwani about 3 1/2 years ago after a friend refered me. I had very deep lines at my Nasal Labial folds. Dr Kewshani dscussed my filler options I choose artefill since it was the longest lasting injection approx 3-5 years It looked wonderful I had no more lines and today it still looks like the day I walked out of his office. I'm a little scared of needles and his staff made me feel at home and put my mind at ease. Since then he has done my botox as well with great results. Would never go anywhere else and would highly reconmend Dr Keshwani and his staff at med cure. more
