Awful awful service. I called for an AC repair at 1 PM. They promised me a technician between the hours of 3 and 4 PM, but they would be sure to call me if the tech was running late. At 4:30 PM, I called back, wondering the whereabouts of my promised technician. They said the service department was on another call, they would relay the message and have the service department call me right back. At 5 PM, I called again. This time I was transferred to the service department. The woman working the desk of the service department told me it would be another hour before the tech would arrive. When I told her I needed someone sooner, she found another tech that could be here in 45 minutes. I again expressed that I needed someone sooner, and she found a tech that could be here in 10 minutes! That was at 5:15 PM. At 6 PM, I called them back, as the tech had still not arrived. They told me it would be another hour and a half! After that I called around and found another service. They promised to send a technician ASAP. So I called Mechanical Technologies back, yet again, and told them to go ahead and cancel my service. At 7:15 PM, a technician from Mechanical Technologies arrived. I had to send him away, as my other technician was en route. So upset. My husband also called them, and the woman, claiming to be a supervisor, told my husband that she's terribly sorry for the ""miscommunication"" but that there was no way they could have gotten a technician to our house between the hours of 3 and 4 PM. I wish she would have told ME, so I could have found another service that wouldn't have left me hanging all day in a house that was 80+ degrees, with 2 children both under the age of 2! So disgusted with their service. I shall highly recommend that people AVOID this company.
