BAD service. I ordered a replacement screw for my Kitchenaid Professional 6 mixer 6 weeks ago. They wanted to charge 8 dollars (must be a gold plated screw). I gave them my debt card number and address/phone number. 6 weeks later.. no screw. I called and they said that my debit card was rejected.... My ask - why didn't I get a phone call? I've had trouble with my bank... and certainly would have fixed the card issue. The person on the phone automatically assumed that I was fraudulent and that they don't call if you have a bad card. I explained I would be glad to have him try the card again.. there is money in the account... He would not do it and said anyone with a bad card doesn't know how to manage their money. I've reported this vendor to KitchenAid. $8 for one screw... what a horrible company.
