I continue to be disappointed in the service I am receiving at Schicker Ford. My Ford C-Max Energi (which was purchased at this dealership and has only been serviced at this location) was towed to the Service Center on 7/18/18 and is still not repaired. I originally posted a 1-star review after the dealership was unwilling to provide me with a rental car when they could not make a diagnostic after my car was in the Service Center for 1 week. I was told they were unable to absorb the cost and my warranty would not provide a rental car without the diagnostic. Ultimately, they did provide a rental car (which I am still driving) but I was asked by Mr. Schicker via the Service Manager to remove my post, which I did. Since then, I have filed two claims with Ford directly and the only response I continue to receive from the Technician and the Service Center Manager is that "Ford engineers are working on it." I continue to receive no timeline for the repair or a solution if they are not able to repair my car. I called for an update on 8/11/18 and left a message for the Service Manager which was not returned. I called again on 8/13/18 and left another message. I ended up calling back later that day and was told he was not in. I asked to speak to the GM and was told they were not available. When I asked to leave a message, I was redirected to the Comptroller. She left me a message giving me the same answer I have received previously and told me that I would be contacted. I have still not been contacted. I messaged Schicker Ford through their web site and through their Facebook page on 8/20/18 requesting the GM to contact me. I received a response immediately stating that someone would be contacting me and I am still waiting to be contacted.
