Maintainence service is slow, but sometimes acceptable.
It's somewhat convenient having a rental office nearby so you can go complain about the (many) things that go wrong, but generally their solutions are fairly crappy (duct-tape to solve a hole in bathroom ceilings).
The staff is pseudo-friendly, as long as you pay your rent on time, but they get hostile if you call the Health Department about mice or rats...
Prices used to be reasonable, but I heard they've been going up about 10% every year which would make them outrageous by now.
