I just bought a new 2013 Honda Civic here, and it was by far the most pleasant, least stressful/irritating car buying experience I have ever had! I had done my homework, so when I obtained an internet quote, I knew it was a fair price. My salesperson Rich Hoffman was respectful, friendly, straightforward, and honest. He did not try to rush me or push me in any way. Althought I would have liked to get a bit more on the 2004 Civic I traded in, Rich gave me an honest and understandable reason why he could not go higher. (My old car was in superb condition, but it was a manual transmission which most people don't want.) The Business Manager Tony was equally respectful, clear, and honest. He thoroughly explained all aspects of the deal. He thoroughly explained the pros & cons of the extended warranty options, but never pushed me into anything. The showroom, service area, and waiting area are all clean, and McGrath provides nice ""creature comforts"" to customers who are waiting or who come in for service. Overall, an outstanding experience, and I highly recommend McGrath.
