I was absolutely floored by the responsiveness, service and professionalism! I was referred to you by the service group at McGrath Lexus to fix the ding on my windshield. I left a message for Joe this morning, and he called back minutes later (that seldom happens anymore). Joe was personable and professional, and did a great job explaining the repair specifics. The service was completed in a timely manner, my car was washed, and I was on my way. WOW! I was so impressed that I have been talking about this to my colleagues all day. I promised Joe that I would let the service group at Lexus know about my experience. I haven't done that yet, but I will shortly. Thank you so much for everything. more

I am your customer since 2004 because I purchased my Acura here. Since I service my Acura at Westmont and my experience was always very positive I decided to service my Honda Accord at your place as well. Mike Miller took care of everything: scheduling, parts and he even link my cars together on your computer system so in the future I can just indicate which car needs service. The last service was excellent – everything was done right and within Mike’s time estimate. Also Mike is going to help me with a couple of dents on my car since McGrath Acura of Westmont provides this service to its customers. I want to thank you for having Mike Miller on your staff. He is always an incredibly conscientious staff member who always puts the customer first. He takes the time to explain what is necessary to keep my MDX running in optimal condition. He always covers every detail of exceptional customer service. For example, today he backed my car in the service area so I could easily get out without having to step out in the rain to retrieve my car. I just spent 6 months analyzing all types of SUV's. I considered heavily Consumers Report valuations, personal test drives, apples to apples comparisons of options, fit & finish, professionalism of sales staff and bottome line "Bang for Buck"...After narrowing my choices to Lexus, Honda and Acura, I selected the Acura MDX. My next step was to visit the four dealerships closest to my home. I drove and priced vehicles at Arlington Acura..Mueller's Acura...Libertyville Acura and Mc Grath Acura. Without a doubt, the best dealership to do business with was McGrath. Very competitive...if not the best...pricing. Extremely professional sales staff. If you are looking for service this is the place. Giving it 5 stars doesn't do it justice. It should be 10. Their committment to making the customer completely satisified is more than any other dealership I have ever worked with in the past. I have always been a toyota customer but now that I have seen what acura has to offer I will never go back. I always felt that I couldn't trust what service was telling me about my car but after dealing with the service staff at McGrath Acura I now can say I have a team I can trust. more

Very pleasant experience 4/29/2011

I just wanted to let you know about my experience with your service department and specifically, Cathy. Every time I go to McGrath, I have a very pleasant experience. But, this last experience exceeds them all. From the minute I arrived, someone was there to greet me and help. Working with Cathy was a great experience and I learned quite a bit about my TSX. She was very informative, friendly, honest, and treated me with dignity (unlike many other car experiences I've had.) I very much enjoyed driving the loaner car and it was immaculate. My car was serviced in a very timely manner and it was even ready for pick-up hours before I initially anticipated. So, I wanted to sincerely thank you and your staff. I can easily take my car to another Acura dealership (there's one 5 minutes away from me), but I will continue to go to you, where I know quality service is a given and guaranteed. more

Professional and always nice 4/28/2011

McGrath makes me feel good. Okay, so I still have an old car but the service department makes it feel like i'm driving a new model. Plus they are trustworthy, as a female I still find myself getting ripped off in car repairs. The staff is professional and always nice. Check this out, oil change and free car wash for $29. Enjoy brewing your own espresso, tea or coffee of flavor, WiFi available and a screen tv and catch up on the gossip. Or better yet, walk around the floor model looking at new cars. Comfortable setting for a 45 minute wait. Same cost if you go to Jiffy Lube $26.95 plus take it to a car wash for $5.95 plus. Let's see small waiting area, first come, first serve basis. Then wait in line again for a car wash. I'll sticking with McGrath Acura, plus I can count on them if I need a loaner car at no charge while getting my car serviced if they expect it'll be a while before it's ready. I've taken advantage of this and was able to drive a new MDX, I'm in love. more
