McDonald Tire 2 LLC

I've gone to the place for the last 5 years and this is the first and last time I'll ever have trouble. I went to McDonald Tire to have 2 tires mounted to my rear OEM wheels. After receiving the ok that my tires were done I proceeded to verify that the directional tires were put on in the right direction which they were so I left. Later that night I noticed that all 5 of the spokes on my rim were damaged. Each one had a nice sized notch that was there now but wasn't before. This is the first time tires have been mounted on this car and both wheels have the exact same notches. After calling the following morning to tell the manager my issue he asked for me to send him pictures of the damage which I did and never heard back over the weekend. So I should up at his shop to talk to him. The only thing he said was we aren't responsible for your wheels. more

I went in to get new CV joints on my car. They got the wrong part for the car so they rigged it to try to make it fit. I watched them do it! You just don't do that with something as important and safety-centered as CVs. I had to get it repaired by a real mechanic who confirmed that the part was wrong and too short. \r \r How many people have they done this to who don't know any better?! more

This tire shop is just great. We have used them on numerous vehicles, from new tires and rims to used tires and patches and plugs as well as suspension work. We have always been very satisfied with both the work and the price given. Extemely speedy service, with many experienced employees to help you. They offer all types of tire/axle service. Would highly recommend to anyone and will continue to use as my preferred tire care center. PROS: great service and good prices CONS: no parking more
