I don't think they even deserve a star at all. We went in for an insurance claim, the money hadn't came in yet for the down payment and they reassured us ""Don't worry about that, we'll hold your check and when the insurance gets cleared we'll cash it. Just give us the the word and we'll cash it"". They lied! They ended up cashing it 2 weeks later even after we called them and told them that the insurance was still working on it. We spoke to Dan and he claimed he their office left many messages which was a lie! His employee Jack remembers our phone call and yet the owner, Dan, still denied it. To top it all off, we have bills to pay and it's a week before christmas we are left with a negative account. We will be returning all our childrens' christmas gifts to make up for a small portion of our loss. All in all, they do not care about their customers, very dishonest, heartless, selfish people. Ray, the one who reassured us, claimed to be a christian which now I find hard to believe. DO NOT TRUST THEM!! We were fooled.
