Love the car, hate the dealership 9/30/2014

I love the CX-9 that we purchased from them, but not the dealership. They treated me like I was a clueless woman who didn't know how to buy a car, pressured me into a worthless warranty (Don't get the extended warranty if they offer it, it's worthless due to the large numbers of exclusions), and when the tire went flat the first week I had, they were worthless. more

Worst car buying experience EVER! 7/27/2010

I wish that I had read some reviews on this dealership before I purchased a car from them. It took a full 2 weeks to get my car after coming to a price agreement with Bobby (sales manager). They did not want to honor the 0% financing on the agreed price and tried to trick us into signing a loan with 16% financing. My company was 'buying' the car and they claimed that their bank did not want to do commercial loans. Blah blah blah.......on and on with more excuses. Bart Stephenson in finance is worthless at best. Left the car on the day that I bought it so that the iPod integration could be added the next day, got a call that it was ready and when I went to pick it up it was not installed and they didn't even have the part in stock. 3 weeks later and they say they have it ready to install. Please.......don't buy from this place. They are so blatantly dishonest! So much for the 'free' oil changes......from what I have read the service department is not any better. more

Atrocious Customer Service, Incompetent Sales Staff 8/11/2009

This was the worst experience I've ever had buying any kind of product. The dealership backed out on a deal that my dad and I had separately checked on with salesmen. We did all the paperwork, test drove the car and had the key in our hands when they told us the deal wasn't possible. Understandingly, we were frustrated and called them out on their behavior. They never apologized and instead the manager was aggressive towards us. After some negotiation, he told me to shut up and which point my dad told him to give us our documents - we were leaving. He crumpled them up and threw them at my dad. My dad moved in his way to grab them and he threatened to knock out my dad if he touched him again. My mom jumped in the middle and he pushed her out of the way and walked off with half our documents. Eventually he gave them back but after back-and-forth yelling in the showroom. The manager seriously needs some anger management classes if he pretends to continue to hold his job. I'm still in disbelief. more

was ripped off 5/19/2006

I purchased a part at the dealership and it wasn't the right one. So the salesman at the counter suggested to me to leave the part there for the manager to approve it for return. I agreed, of course, and waited and waited for a phone call. After a week later,I called and ask whats going on. The manager said it wasn't refundable. I lost my money and never was returned what I bought. I lost $128.68. more

My experience here was mixed. I went to purchase a car here. I was greeted promptly and was shown around patiently. They answered all my questions and were very helpful. After a test drive, we sat down to discuss price. They agreed to match a price I had seen at another dealer, which was a great deal. They let me take a car home until the color I wanted arrived, which was nice. Everything in this place was great until I went to sign the papers. When I did, they had snuck in an extra $700. When I asked about it, they told me it was a destination charge, but the destination charge was only $400. Where did the other $300 come from I asked, and they couldn't tell me. And they started acting like I didn't know what I was talking about. I kind of felt like I was being taken advantage of because I was a young woman. If asked, I would say to give them a try. Just watch the fine print like a hawk! more
