Horrible Experience 7/6/2010

I have been living in chronic pain for 3 years now and seen about a dozen doctors. I was beginning to run out of options and turned to Mayo Clinic. At Mayo I was treated with the more disrespect than any other hospital I've ever been to. I got a letter a month after I sent in my information saying that unfortunatly there was no way they could help. After I received this letter I had one simple question for my doctor, he was one of the leading prolotherapists and had said the treatment wouldn't work for me; I just wanted to know why since this was the only hope I had left to get rid of my pain. I called and called and called never getting through from him. They said he would call back, but he never did. I asked for his email, but they refused to give it out which was confusing because I talk to a lot of my doctors through email. And then finally the last time I called a nurse was so rude and disrespectful; I had finally hit my limit with them. I work with costumer service and HR, and if I would've treated a customer like that in my job I would have lost it. Cons: treated horribly by staff more
