I tried on a very firm, nice bed at the store and bought it. But the mattress that was delivered was so soft and started sagging in the middle from the day 1. It had the proper queen metal frame with center support. The next day I got a piece plywood cut to the size and put it in between the mattress and the box spring. It still sagged. Called the manufacturers and they said I have bought the softest of their line. Sales people became rude right after the purchase. The receipt noted that there would not be refunds. But I thought a replacement would be possible considering a sagging new mattress is definitely defective. Only then they asked me to read the tiny print at the back of the receipt which says there will be no returns or replacements either. I know they sell for profit but a little honesty and integrity are not too much to ask, especially dealing with a big purchase (just over 1000$). They also showed print material condemning 'Mattress Firm,' the other shop I said I would go and check. Sales person, Andreas, specifically said Mattress Firm sells used mattresses as new and not to go there. It seems like Andreas and this Mattress Warehouse branch are the culprits doing that. I do agree it was my fault for not doing enough research, and not getting suspicious when they bad mouthed other stores, but still it is surprising that sales persons (there was a woman there too) would jeopardize a company's name this way. Do not go to this store. They are cheaters!!!
