I purchased a new bed, all seemed to be a good fit,salesmen seemed to be knowlegeable,the price seemed high but I could live with it, I just wanted a good nights sleep, witch I had not done in so long, I was exausted, felt good about my purchase and the sleep test period seemed like a good thing?
THIS is where it went sour, after a couple mos. I called the store to say I wasn't happy, the salesman I spoke to said I still had time on the test and to walk on the mattress and break it in, at this point I was concerned, but did what he said, but didn't seem to be helping, I went to the store, after a month, month and a half, I was informed the test period might had lapsed,and Randy asked how much time i had walked on the mattress, I told him 4hrs over 4 week period he stated that was not enough, it wouod take hrs and hrs for it to breakin, I then said I just want to exchange the mattress out to the softer mattress of same value he stated he would do further checking because I was not in the undesirable file, that ment time had run out (I assume that is what he ment) and in the mean time I would walk on the mattress.
after 3 days I hadn't heard from him so I called the store this a.m.10/29/10
to see if they would be exchanging the Mattress, I was informed that the time had run out and that I just needed to walk on and heat the mattress that there was nothing that could be done, I feel devalued and the $4,000 purchas was not appreciated, I will not shop their nor give a positive expeirence.this is a sad thing!and I'm angry! and feel cheated, and strung along till the time ran out, had I been told that so much was involved in the breaking in part I would not have choose that particular product!
