Recently relocated to Portland and am happy to find Marix. Brought the S4(B5) in to adjust headlights, repair an auxiliary coolant pump and winshield washer leak. Marix identified the problem correctly, got the parts ordered and let me keep my car with them while I was on a business trip.\r I returned to find they fixed everything correctly and even cleaned out the drivers side nozzle which they noticed while checking the washers. This was one of those items that drive you crazy, but you never get around to getting it fixed. Much appreciated!\r They also adjusted the headlights at half the quoted price.\r They will be getting all of my future business. more

When an unexpected issue on my Mini Cooper S occurred on my way to work, I was able to limp into the Matrix repair shop. Last time I had this type of issue, it took the dealer 3 days to resolve. Matrix was able to diagnose the problem, get it into the shop, order the part and get it fixed (along with an additional maintenance item) within 24 hours. So glad they are located close to where I work. Really appreciate the service and excellent work. more

Simply the best Audi service center and tuner in the NorthWest. They have been there for myself and a lot of my friends when that own Audi Porsche and VW vehicles. I will never go anywhere else. more

I'm a long time Matrix customer, and have always been extremely happy with their service. Their technicians are top-notch and very knowledgable. They know Audis, Mercedes, and Porcshes inside and out. Also, their customer service is unbeatable. Jeremy always goes out of his way to answer questions and make sure you have all the details you need, and will frequently follow up to make sure everything is going well. I've also seen him go out of his way to answer questions for customers that haven't spent a dime at his shop. And they are honest, which is a rare trait in a service shop. If a part does not need to be replaced, they'll gladly tell you and save you the money. Unlike other shops, they are not all about making money... they care more about making a life long friendship and keeping customers happy, as happy customers lead to repeat business and lots of recommendations.\r \r Due to their great knowledge and excellent customer service, I trust no one else with my Audi S4.
