I am a very detail oriented person so when I visit a place I not only pay attention to how I am treated, but I also observe how managers perform and how employees are treated as well. The company that sponsors me agreed to take this assignment very far. I have a short term membership and everything. My assignment is ending so I have decided to let the potential visitors know what I thought about this place. I must admit, there are SOME nice people at this place and there are some that are all about money and favortism. I have been in several times and noticed that certain therapist are treated differently than others. And the front desk people? There's only one African American person that works there now, but when i first became a member I remember seeing about three (maybe four). As far as therapist...there's one African American. A coincidence? I think not! I usually come in early every other friday or weekend. There's always the same two faces in the front lobby area, one of them is usually the African American lady. The other is sometimes a young Caucassian or Hispanic lady (although for the last month or so I have seen an older caucassian lady, who I don't particularly like...a little dry and tempered). I have occassionaly spoken with the owners of this location. They attempt to put on the nice friendly role, but it seems so unnatural. The manager on the other hand is a real delight...great conversation and personality. I give this place two (for good massages only) Again, I must admit that the massages are a real treat. All of the therapist are certified and very professional. So if you are strictly in it for the massages, then this is the place to be. I, on the other hand, am a holistic thinker....I want the entire experience to be perfect, ethical, and full of integrity!
Pros: Great Massages!
Cons: In my opinion, not fair to the people who make the place what it is
