I scheduled a service for a weekend day. I was called the morning of my appt. and was left a voice mail message, saying that the person who was going to do my service, called in sick, then when I called them back, they said it was a family emergency, so which was it?? This would have been my first time going to ME, and I was really looking forward to it, now I'm very disappointed that my appointment was cancelled, due to a flaky employee?? Not nice!!
