I had some damage to the front end of my car. Alex took my claim info and got the ball rolling by coordinating with my insurance company for the adjuster to look at it. He got my rental car reservation for me. He called me back promptly and made me feel like I was the only customer they had. Alex also personally drove me to the rental car office and waited with me until he was sure they had a vehicle for me. I was so impressed! I also requested a non-stock grill on my vehicle. He said no problem. There were a few marks on my hood not related to this accident that the insurance wouldn't pay for, so Alex included them in the price of this repair. Seriously, who does that? These guys are just that awesome.\r
I was only without my vehicle for 3 days including the time it took to get the adjuster to look at it. The quality of the repairs were excellent. I am so happy with this entire experience.\r
Then came time to pay the bill. They took the insurance check made out to me and let me endorse it for their deposit. This saved me a trip to the bank! And I paid not one penny out of my pocket. \r
