Recently, my daughter found the most exquisite wedding dress at your store. She had a limited budget, but your service and attention to detail made her feel like a queen. This was a big contrast to how she was treated at another bridal salon. Thank you so much for making her big day!\r more

My mother and sisters both shared how impressed they were with your service. Not long ago, my sister had been invited to three proms at three different high schools and you were willing to let her rent the dress for an extended period with little or no extra charge. The dress was beautiful and just what she was looking for. Our family had looked at numerous stores for a dress that was both lovely and modest, and you guys had it all! Thank you!\r more

Such a great experience! Me and a group of friends just walked in to try on dresses with no appointment. They were so helpful & accommodating. I bought the 2nd dress I tried on! They listened to what I said I wanted. Amazing gals!\r more

Everyone at Mary's Bridal is amazing! I had the best experience picking out my dress. I had visited a couple other bridal shops previous to my visit at Mary's and I have to say that not one compared to the experience I had at Mary's. Everyone was so friendly, helpful, and accommodating. Carol was the absolute best and so friendly. I do not have any family here in Utah as I moved her about a year ago, so dress shopping hasn't been as exciting as I imagined it to be... until I visited Mary's. Carol made me feel special and beautiful. Thank you for making my experience memorable and special!\r more

Fun, low pressure wedding dress shopping. 4/17/2010

Marys bridal is a great store. Yes, it is a smaller bridal store but that saves you from pushy sales reps that work on commision. The dresses are hung up in bags but i didn't really mind it because the best part about finding the perfect dress is the hunt. Because of the friendly helpful staff at Marys i found my dream dress in one day of shopping. I started the early morning hunt at marys and continued on to two or three other bridal shops where one i was completely ignored at because i am young and didn't have an appointment even though the store wasn't busy and then i went to fantasy bridal and the sales rep tried to scare me into a purchase to make her sales goal. After these experiences i found my family and i rushing back to Marys bridal a half hour before closing and having them stay open after hours. Pros: Non commision sales, walk ins welsome, resonable pricing. Cons: Smaller store. more

Embarassing! 1/7/2009

First, I don't like all the dresses in bags. You can't touch them without unzipping them out of the bags first so not a single dress did I find appealing in the plastic. The woman who helped me was smart...she got my style right away and I loved 5 of the 6 dresses she chose for me. She should be at a better bridal shop. Apparently they are required to help you in and out of your gown. I went to a much nicer store with more expensive designer gowns and was allowed to dress myself. I've been dressing myself for the past 26 years. I kindly told the woman I was a bit shy and she was nice about it, but she still saw me topless between each change if she had wanted to (I don't think she did, like I said, I thought she was really nice and should work somewhere better). I felt rushed, not to choose a gown or anything like that, but to hurry out of one dress and into another before I could see the price tag, designer, or anything. Pros: Lots of dresses Cons: Cramped dressing rooms, dresses all in bags, have to walk out in front of other brides to see self more

Beware the seamstress! 6/24/2008

She technically doesn't work FOR Mary's Bridal but she works out of their store and should you buy a dress there you may get her as the seamstress to do the work on it...DON'T LET HER! She absolutely ruined my the point that had I not found a new seamstress (2 days before my wedding!!) my dress would have been comlpletely unwearable. As it was, the new seamstress was still unable to fix everything and the dress never fit right. My $2,000 dress was ruined and the seamstress knew it because she made a comment under her breath at my final ""fitting"" and left out of the back door before I could even take the dress off. Cons: Horrible seamstress more

We drove from Idaho Falls to look at dresses in Salt Lake due to better selection. We had to make an appointment at another place, so we went there first. We spent all day, trying on 25+ dresses and found NOTHING that I couldn't live without. We hurried over to Mary's Bridal 15 minutes before they closed, and thought we would be rushed. This was not the case at all. They stayed open late for us and helped me find THE PERFECT dress is less than 30 minutes. I couldn't have been happier with the service, and loved the girls that worked there! They took the stress out of looking for a dress, and made my entire experiece very fun and enjoyable! Thanks Mary's Bridal! more

Awesome service! 3/31/2008

I purchsed my wedding dress from may's bridal in spring of 08. Mary's was recomended to me by a friend. I found it to be everything promised and more! I found their staff to be incredibly helpful and curtious. I even invied them to my wedding becuase when I did business with mary's I felt like I was part of the mary's bridal family! They went out of their way to accomidate my picky and expensive taste for the small budget that I have! They have expensive looking dresses with high fashion style for the best value around! I spent lots of hours there and spoke to many other clients while I was there and everyone agreed with me that mary's was the best. The girls there cared about me not only as a client but also as a friend! I would recomend this place to anyone! They go above and beyond to make your day great! I got my dress, bridesmaid dresses, mother of the bride and mother of the groom dresses and even my tuxedos there! Believe me if anyone knows mary's I do! I speak from lots of experinece with them! For about three months I was in there store at leaset twice a week doing business! I don't know what I would have done without them! Just go in and see for yourself. You will be so glad that you went! Pros: best products and service!!! I will miss them now that my wedding is over! more

Bad, Bad Place 2/29/2008

Wow, I'm so upset even angry with this place, I ordered 3 Bridesmaid dresses here. First they ordered the wrong color, and in order to make it right we would have to pay a shipping cost and then she said they wouldnt be here till the end of April (the wedding is March 29), some lame excuse about the Chinese New Year and they cant make our dresses that fast. The problem was their's not ours, even the seamstress said it was unfair but she couldnt do anything about it. I talked to the owner, expressing to her we wanted our money back she said the contract was final NO REFUNDS! They were not professional, they were fast talkers who were very snub, they did not want to talk anymore and tried to get us out the door because""We are very busy right now!"" they said.We even threaten to get the media involved, which I still may do. DO NOT SHOP HERE! There customer service is bad, bad, bad! The managers name is Rebecca and she is rude, snobby, and has wise cracking mouth. They are not worth 31/2 stars. Check out David's bridal or even Frenze. Cons: Very bad service and unprofessional. more

Terrible, Terrible Experience 11/15/2007

I had the same experience as the user above. Almost to a ""T"". more

Worst customer service I ever recieved 8/10/2006

I very rarely complain about service but this place was ridiculous. I have even gone as far to file a complaint with the city because these people were so rude to me. I found my perfect dress at Mary's Bridal and purchased it-it cost me about $1200 without alterations. To make a long story short, Mary's gave me a hard time about everything as soon as I plunked down my money. Everything I needed to do seemed to be a big pain to them; it was as if they wanted me to buy the dress and get away from the store! My alterations, dress cleaning, and questions were all too much for them to handle. There is one sales girl in particular, she has dark hair and dresses very skimpily, who is terribly rude. The owner is as well, Teresa; I spent almost $2500 at her store and she treated me very rudely. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone-it's a small store and very overpriced. I regret buying my dress there-I found it at several other locations cheaper after the wedding (I wish I would have looked around a little longer!) Anyways, save yourself some cash and some sanity and try ""The Perfect Dress"" in Salt Lake or ""Fantasy Bridal"", also in Salt Lake. They can find you what you need without rudeness. more

A great bridal shop! 10/10/2002

I was so pleased with the service and gowns at Mary's Bridal. There were so many beautiful gowns to choose from, it was hard to pick just one. Everyone was so nice, and my dress turned out just perfectly. I had so many compliments on the uniqueness of my dress. I will definately refer all of my friends here in the future. more
