I had a mixed experience with Marv's Plumbing and Heating, Originally I called them in an emergency to Roto-rooter my sewer line. It was a Friday night and I paid an extra $150 for the emergency call. They did the work but it didn't fix the problem. So on Monday, I called them again. They came again and this time didn't charge me. They had to Roto-rooter the line with two larger machines. It still didn't work, So then they suggested that they send in a camera to scope it out. I had to wait until Wednesday or Thursday for that. Meanwhile, of course, my toilet's not flushing. They came back and scoped out the line with the camera. They told me that I needed a new sewer line. So I decided to get a second opinion. This second set of people said that Marv's Plumbing and Heating always say the customer needs a new sewer line because that's their business. So I went to Marv's Plumbing and Heating and obtained the video and got a third opinion. I showed it to another plumber and he confirmed that the sewer line did indeed need to be replaced. So I went back to Marv's Plumbing and Heating and they gave me an estimate of $7200. I went to the second plumber, and they gave me an estimate of $6000 but I would have to wait two weeks before they could do the job.In the meantime, my toilet's still not working. So I went back to Marv's and told them I really didn't have that kind of money. They said they could help me get financing. They introduced me to a home improvement company that will give me a loan. I applied for the loan and was approved. So then I had Marv's Plumbing and Heating do the work the following week. I got the emergency permits from the city. They did a good job. I took a day off from work to make sure everything was okay. Their workmen were very friendly and conscientious. I wasn't happy about losing about eight feet of hedge, however, I understand why they had to do it. The only damage they did was a broken sprinkler head and they said they'd fix it. They haven't done it yet because there's still snow on the ground. more

We are pleased with the service we have received from Marv's Plumbing and Heating on multiple occasions. Whenever we have any HVAC or plumbing issues they are the first people we call. They are usually very responsive and make it very easy to set up a time for them to come by to diagnose any issues we may be having. Most recently we were having some problems with our toilet and they were able to quickly get everything back to working condition. We will definitely continue to use them. more

Tech came out and worked on the furnace. At first he thought it was an issue with the gas valve, but ended up being an issue with a pump. Tech spent 4 hours working on the issue. 2 of the hours was spent trying to fix the gas valve. But they only charged me for 2 hours since the other 2 hours were spent working on a non-issue. more

Technician did 21 point service and cleaning on heating unit. He recommended replacing unit due to age and found two small defects with control systems. We will replace heating unit within the next year if we get a good price on a new one. more

Our furnace stopped working a week before Christmas. Josh arrived on time and completed a thorough inspection that identified the immediate problem, as well pointing out some issues that would most certainly require attention in the near future. Rather than postpone the recommended additional repairs, we asked how soon the work could be done and at what cost. He provided a $ quote that was comparable to what past contractors in Colorado have charged us and called in Charlie and Eli to complete some vent revisions. All work was completed that day and at a reasonable cost. We were impressed with the competence of all three technicians and we appreciated their professional demeanor and courtesy. We definitely plan to use Marv's for our future heating and air conditioning maintenance, and we highly recommend the company to others. more

Arrived when he said he would when he called prior to arriving and went right to work! Found a lot more wrong than the "out of service" water heater, which I am sure complicated the install.
