After browsing the internet and many of its sites to help me find the next vehicle for my family I felt a little overwhelmed with the amount of sites and their "best prices and deals". I decided to try Marty Franich Ford since their commercial on TV looked inviting. The sales staff was very quick to respond to my request for information about a certain vehicle type and model. They put me in touch with a very nice gentleman by the name of Christopher Munoz. He was friendly well informed and made me feel comfortable with asking questions and never once did i feel pressured to look at or decide into something he said was better etc. He listened to our concerns and needs and never strayed from giving us honest feedback. If he wasn't sure of an answer he quickly found someone who would relay the information to him and he was able to answer all of our questions promptly and professionally. When we were ready to talk finances the staff was very much in sync and all were on the same page. They delivered not only what they said they would do but also got us great financing options and an amazing deal. The whole process was easy and the staff was amazing. Even Mr. Franich himself stopped us on our way out and asked if that was our car on the street with the Veteran plates. He thanked us for our service as my wife and i were both U.S. Army veterans and really sealed the whole car buying adventure with something that really means a lot to not only me but all the other hard working service men and women working hard to keep us safe and protecting our way of life. I will gladly be coming back when we are in need of another vehicle. more

Even though I forgot to ask for some things I wanted done and they had to take the car back for extra work, there was no sign of frustration or anger. The even helped me to understand my radio/navigation system. more

Johnny was great, letting us know the progress of our repair. The only problem I had was when we picked the car up. I dropped it off clean when we got it back it had trash inside, the floor was dirty and the outside was soaking wet. I had to go home and clean it. I thought after spending two thousand dollars on my repair I would get it back clean more

My car was in for a scheduled, routine maintenance. I waited comfortably. It took just short of their estimated hour. My only regret is that I forgot to request synthetic oil and they did not ask my preference. more

The service manager has gone out of his way to make sure that I have received excellent service. Employees are always pleasant. There has often been an added touch, such as flowers for the customer or washing my car. Unnecessary, but definitely appreciated. more

Gotta love the people at Marty Franich Ford! They are amazing! I've been to other dealers and I have never gotten the kind of service I get at this dealership. If there sales dept is anything like their service department, you can bet this will be my 1st stop when it comes time to get a new car...and hopefully I won't have to go any further! more
