Ordered a gift basket, was disappointed in the end product (for the $80 budget, the only bottle of wine in the basket was $7). Politely called and asked for an itemized receipt and was greeted by two indignant defensive employees. Turns out the itemization doesn't add up (with the claimed percentages). Products only total a little over half of the budget, the rest is supposedly labor. Was charged a service/delivery charge on top. If they had been pleasant when I asked for the receipt I might have been more satisfied with my experience. Instead, next time I'll put the basket together and mail myself. I'll save $$.
