When the power in our living room and ? gasp ? television went out a day before a scheduled event at our house, we freaked. Unable to enjoy our house without our living room lights and equipment (sad, I know), we had jerry-rigged a fix with extension cords, but we knew this was no way to live. So, we called Gentec Services.
Sean showed up a few minutes early for the delivery window (I was frantically vacuuming), which was very surprising. He was neat, polite, professional, and got right to work. I know my husband stayed close by, both to answer any questions and try to learn, but Sean didn?t seem to mind. He quickly went about diagnosing the problem. He ended up fixing not only the outage we had in the living room, but two dead outlets in the kitchen we had lived around for years.
You don?t know what joy is until you?ve turned on a garbage disposal that hasn?t worked for years without a few uncomfortable contortions and an extension cord to an outlet that did work.
Sean was amazing. Life after he left was immeasurably better. It was amazing. We were so sorry we hadn?t called sooner.
