What a shame that such a kind doctor is let down by such a disgusting administrative staff. His personal assistant is especially rude, inhuman and vicious. Her manner was appalling and she should not be working with people, when she lacks basic humanity and empathy. If you want to feel like a piece of nothing, then go to this doctor's practice! It's a pity, as once you've made it passed the labyrinth of administrative evil, the doctor himself is pretty good.
