SERVICE DEPARTMENT ONE OF THE WORST. The storage and launch guys are GREAT, BUT and I mean a BIG ONE the service department is one of the worst I have EVER used. Our boat is dry stacked there and we will NEVER NEVER use the service department AGAIN.. Four times we have used them and four times the same thing; they do work not requested and don't call for authorization, bill you for work you didn't ask for, say's things need to be repaired that don't. NEW NEW engine to be winterized, they charged for spark plug change, boat had 20 hours on new engine, call for status and no one knows what's going on, no one returns phone calls, and when you do get someone on the phone they said to us ' I can't read the writing, so someone will have to call you back' which they didn't. FOUR TIMES IN 2 YEARS AND ALWAYS THE SAME STORY. We will put the boat on the trailer and spend the extra effort and time to haul it somewhere else for service!!
